It is a four kitchen and a roastery cafe space located in Southeastern Idaho (Pocatello, ID). It is spearheaded by Dude’s Space a rent by the hour kitchen available for the public to use. -
Jim Young
FOUNDER/CEO
AGFUTURO was founded on the belief that in order to send food to mars we must build the infrastructure for the Food and Ag tech companies to do it. Jim identified that the shared kitchen or ghost kitchen space was one of the fastest growing verticals in Food and Ag tech industry. He combined the Public Market model with the Shared kitchen model to create version 1.0 called Dude’s Public Market.
