AGFUTURO was founded in 2021 by James Young an entrepreneurial Food Scientist with experience working with Food startups and established manufacturing companies.
The mission of AGFUTURO is to provide services for FoodTech startups to develop and grow in the most cost effective way possible.
Our first facility we completed (Summer 2024) that we provide consulting services out of is called Dude’s Public Market. It is a four kitchen and a roastery cafe space located in Southeastern Idaho (Pocatello, ID).
It is spearheaded by our Commissary kitchen, a rent by the hour kitchen available for the public to use.
The Commissary Kitchen is where AGFUTURO provides additional services such as Product Development, Manufacturing, Sourcing, and Regulatory.
